NEW ATS Youth Performance Training Camps

Training for optimal performance in sport is a process.  Gain a competitive edge for your son or daughter by improving their biomotor abilities - strength, flexibility an dpower - leading to increases in agility, quickness, jumping ability and most importantly speed!  Athlete's Training Solutions will help your young athlete acquire specific athletic skills through a progressive system of training.  The ATS Youth Performance Camps provide a positive and uplifting environment for each young athlete to develop both simple and complex motor skills.  Our movement-based programs are individualized for all ability levels designed to enhance performance an ddecrease the chances for injury in his/her particular sport.

ATS 2012 Running Club Starts up April 25th - August 29th 

Looking for a group training club to work on your running? Pacing? Gait? Fueling for races? We have all levels training on the track or on hills.  We meet each Wednesday at 6:00 pm.  Racing is optional.  Some are training for fitness, while others are training for marathons or triathlons.  Great way to get into shape through the spring into summer!
